SHIPPING
- Please allow 24 hrs for orders to be received and processed for delivery.
- All Local Deliveries must be within 6 miles from our location, Local Deliveries outside of this radius will only have shipping options available.
- Depending on which shipping option you select will determined how long shipping will be. (We currently offer Ground 5-8 day and Priority 2-3 day shipping)
- In the event the item is handmade or customized PRIORITY SHIPPING will be utilized VIA USPS once the item is finished (which will be noted in the description)
RETURNS
- If you receive a damaged or wrongly sized product please email me at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery to complete the exchange steps.
- If damaged or wrongly sized product was a mistake on our behalf then we will cover shipping cost; otherwise the exchange is totally at our discretion and if deemed exchangeable the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for the wrong size exchanges
